Staff (included in the above rates)
Cleaners
We employ a team of cleaners at Son Salas who visit the house daily to make the beds, provide fresh linen, and freshen the house. They do not work on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Cook
Our chef will prepare breakfast and light lunches for you as required. Her time is included within the cost of rental however the cost of provisions is extra. She works Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). If you would like extra catering this can be arranged at extra charge.
Gardeners
Son Salas has its own team of gardeners who maintain the grounds and the pool. We also have an amazing organic vegetable garden and along with growing and preparing our own olives we also press an amount to make the unique Son Salas olive oil which you will sample during your stay.
Son Salas aims to be as environmentally aware as possible and we will happily arrange to show you around the entire grounds or you are welcome to wander through its many acres of orchards and wildlife.

Notes on prices
Please call for prices with regards to long term bookings or late availabilty where discounts will be considered.
Prices include all bedding and towels. Seperate pool/beach towels are provided.
Extra charges are made for Air Conditioning, telephone.
For winter bookings we provide logs for the fireplaces throughout the house.
Please note: our prices DO NOT include flights or hire car.
Changeover day
We do try to be flexible with regards to the changeover time and day if it is possible. This is, of course, dependant on other clients.
Booking notes
Once you have decided on your holiday dates we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total holiday price to confirm your booking.
The remaining payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment is preferred in the form of a bank transfer. If you wish to pay with cheque then we need at least 3 weeks to clear the cheque prior to the payment date.
Cancellation Conditions
25% if cancelled up to 60 days prior to arrival.
50% if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival.
100% if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
The above applies if we are not able to rerent on your behalf.
