In the beautiful Soller valley, surrounded by olive groves, this large and very impressive old stone farmhouse with its 50 acres of land, is situated in the foothills of the mountains between Soller town and the port. The estate has been an olive oil producing farm since the 17th century and it now offers the location for your perfect holiday.
The house is built around a wonderful interior cobblestone courtyard with palms, banana and kentias and has an alfresco dining area for summer evenings. The open plan kitchen has a traditional fireplace corner for the autumn and leads out to the beautiful gardens and a lovely large swimming pool of 16 m x 6.5 m surrounded by lawns and terraces with carob and olive trees. Above the pool, a second outdoor kitchen and barbeque area has been created with stunning views over the pool and the tramuntana mountain range.
Within the house, there is a very light double living room area leading to more terraces and a dramatic dining room has been created from the old olive press (tafona). Son Salas offers a modern take on mallorcan history, it can sleep between 10 and 15, and is the ideal place to relax or holiday with friends.
